Xperia Z3 is said to be the successor of Xperia Z2 which was launched earlier this year. Z2 was powered by 2.3 GHz Quad core Snapdragon processor with 3GB RAM and 16GB internal memory. Xperia Z3 is to feature a 5.2 inch display, 2.5 GHz processor and 20.7 MP rear camera. It will be running on Android 4.4 with a battery capacity of 3100 mAh and 3GB RAM. 2.2 MP front camera will also be available in this model.
Xperia Z3 compact, our dear compact smart phone here, will feature 4.6 inch display with 2.5 GHz processor and 2GB RAM. With a battery capacity of 2600 mAh, Z3 compact will also have a 20.7 MP rear camera and Android 4.4 OS. Both Sony Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 compact are available at international markets with a market price of about EUR 649 and EUR 499 respectively. They are expected to hit Indian markets at a price range of about Rs.40,000 to Rs.50,000.
