The Oppo R5s comes with a 5.2 inch full-HD Amoled display with a screen resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. The 4.85mm of thickness is retained just like how it was for the predecessor. The Oppo R5s measures 148.9x74.5x4.85mm and weighs 155 grams.
The device will be powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon615 with Adreno 405 GPU. On the storage front the handset comes with 3 GB of RAM and an in-built storage of 32 GB in contrast to the 16 GB of the Oppo R5. Layered with the company's proprietary ColorOS 2.0. which is based on Android KitKat 4.4, it supports a single Micro-SIM.
The 13 MP rear camera with Sony IMX214 sensor is equipped with an f/2.0 aperture and a LED flash. The front also houses in a 5 MP selfie camera. Similar to the R5 smartphone, the R5s doesn't support expandable storage.

Even though the R5s claims to be an upgraded variant of the Oppo R5, the device still doesn't feature an option for external memory but comes with an improved RAM space. Astonishingly, the R5s won't be based on Android Lollipop operating system. Instead, Oppo has decided to go with Android 4.4.4 KitKat platform inside, along with ColorOS 2.0 UI on top.
The good news is however about the battery and the camera. The 2,000mAh battery comes with fast charging technology. The 13 MP camera with Sony sensor gives you a great shutter quality for capturing all those great moments.
