Though LG has been teasing that "a new series will be unveiled “at the coming Mobile World Congress, some specs about its up coming devices got leaked. LG’s new LII series phones' specs have been leaked ahead of the MWC. LG is to release three LII series phones, as per the leaked reports. They are, Optimus L3 II, L5 II and L7 II. These three smartphones have made their appearance ahead of the MWC, which is to be geld in Barcelona. The company has not yet announced these phones officially.
LG Optimus L3 II:
This device will be an entry level smartphone, as far as the reports are concerned. It will be packing a 1GHz CPU. Compared to its predecessor Optimus L3, L3 II will be having an updated IPS display panel. In size and resolution, both the predecessor and the successor will be same. The camera of LG Optimus L3 II phone will be having 5MP capacity, whereas that of the Optimus L3 was 3.2MP.
The LG Optimus L5 II:
This phone will be backed up with a 1GHz Cortex-A9 CPU and PowerVR SGX531 GPU, which is a clear cut updation of the 800MHz Cortex-A5 silicon Processor of the old Optimus L5. It will feature a 4" WVGA display unit with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Operating System.
LG Optimus L7 II:
This phone will have a WVGA display with the screen size of 4.3". Comparing to the earlier model Optimus L7, Optimus L7 II will be having an extra CPU core. The device will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8225 1GHz dual-core CPU and Adreno 203 GPU. The device will be having a RAM of 768MB. LG Optimus L7 II will pack an 8MP camera. The device will be powered by a 2,460mAh battery. It will be running on the platform of Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Operating System.
Dual SIM versions of both LG Optimus L5 II and L7II are expected, taking in to consideration the popularity of the predecessors' huge success in the market. LG had unveiled the Optimus L3, L5 and the L7 at the MWC of last year and sold more than 10 million L Series devices in the first 10 months. The new L Series II will be having new design elements such as Seamless Layout, Laser Cut Contour, Radiant Rear Design and Smart LED Lighting on the home button. Though the price of these phones are not yet announced, one thing is sure that these three masterpieces of LG will be appearing at the coming Mobile World Congress at Barcelona.
