The Korean smartphone giant Samsung has released their flagship Galaxy S4, and soon, the discussion has changed to the release of Galaxy Note 3. according to the reports of the official blog of Samsung, the company will be unveiling the next product, Galaxy Note 3 at IFA 2013. IFA 2013 will be organised between 6 to 11 September in Berlin (Germany). There are also reports about Galaxy Tab 3, to be launched along with Note 3. Though not much details about either of these devices are out, there are a plenty of rumours spreading about it.

Here are some of the major rumours about Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3: Design

There is an interesting factor in the design pattern that Samsung follows. Samsung will be adopting the design of the successful S product of the year. So, there are very chance that Samsung will adopt a design, somewhat similar to that of Galaxy S4. Of course, it will not be a ditto copy. There will be changes, but the base will be that of Galaxy S4.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3: Display

As per the earlier rumours, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be featuring LCD screens made by Sharp. The 6.3 inch display rumour is fading now, giving way for a retina display of 5.9-inches. The display is supposed to have an OLED display with a full HD resolution. The company was said to be in the process of making a 5-inch OLED display for its Galaxy S4 as well, but faced some difficulties with that particular panel. However, as there is a plenty of time till its release, Note 3 has chances to have a 5-inch OLED display.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3: Operating system

We can say with closed eyes that Samsung Note 3 will have Android as its OS. But which version is the question. Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie is expected to be announced at Google's I/O event in May which we can expect for Note 3.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3: Processor

As S4 has Exynos 5 Octa processor, Note 3 also is likely to have the same processor. It features four ARM Cortex-A7 cores and four Cortex-A15 cores, which switches roles as per the requirement of the task. The Note 3 could also have Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 600 or 800 CPUs, which have LTE support.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3: S-Pen

We can expect a change in the Stylus pen too. In the Note 8.0, announced at the MWC 2013, Samsung had brought in an improved S-Pen stylus with the Note 3. The Galaxy Note 8.0, which was announced at February’s MWC, had a pen that can also operate the capacitive buttons on the tablet. Most probably, this will feature in the Note 3 also. But, keeping in mind the eye scrolling feature announced by Samsung for S4, there are chances for a gesture oriented S Pen. You will be able to use the S Pen without touching it on the screen. Wait and see.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3: Release date

Samsung has fixed the date of the official announcement of the Note 3. it is to be held in IFA 2013, which will be conducted on September 2013. that means, the device is not likely to make its entry in to the market this year. If they are ready with the device before that, we can hope its release in IFA 2013 itself.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3: Price

One thing is sure that the price of the next Note will be higher than 45,000/- Rupees. How high it will go, is even beyond guessing. There are chances for the device to go more expensive, as it will be having improved features.

These are the rumoured features of Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Keep in mind that these are all rumours and there are no confirmation of any of these by the officials of Samsung.
