HTC's new mid ranged smartphone – Desire Q is finally launched. It had made its appearance along with its twin brother Desire P in a Taiwanese blog before some weeks. The rumoured spec list was good, but then came the disappointing news, that both the devices will not be making a world wide release. The first wave of rumour was that those phones will remain within the four walls of their native country.
Now, along with the release, set out a new wave of rumour, which says that HTC itself declared that Desire Q will be releasing world wide soon. It will be coming to India too, soon. The device is available in Taiwan at a price of $234 (roughly Rs 14,000). Of course Desire Q is not as rich in its specs as the other expensive products from HTC.
HTC Desire P was officially announced earlier this month. Both Desire P and Desire Q have almost similar specs sheet. HTC Desire Q has a 4-inch display screen with 480×800 pixels resolution. The device runs on Android platform.
Here are the key specs of HTC Desire Q:
• 4" display, 480×800 pixels RESOLUTION

• Single cored 1GHz processor,
• 5 MP rear camera
• 512MB RAM
