The Galaxy Fame smartphone is currently available at a price tag of rupees 11,120 Indian rupees. The galaxy Fame comes packed with a single-core processor. The device is run by Android Jelly Bean operating system. The phone has a RAM of 512 MB. The RAM is obviously a minus point, compared to the other smartphones the Fame has to compete with. But taking in to consideration the price tag of the device, the RAM is a negligible part.
Other major features of the device include a front facing camera with the support for VGA recording. There is also a dual SIM version of the phone and another version that supports NFC too. The device comes with an on-board memory capacity of 4GB, which can be extended up to 32 GB using a micro SD card.
