Lenovo Announces Vibe X Smartphone and S5000 Tablet

Lenovo announced two more gadgets in the IFA 2013. one among them is the 5 inch Vibe X smartphone, and the other is the 7 inch S5000 tablet. Both devices are running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean Operating System. The Vibe X smartphone will not coming to US and Europe. The Vibe X smartphone will be available in China from next month on wards. The S5000 tablet will be releasing much later. The company is looking forward to a December release, as per the rumours of the tech freaks.



The Vibe X smartphone, otherwise known as the IdeaPhone S960 comes with a 5 inch display screen. With IPS display, the device will be having a screen resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The device will be made of polycarbonate body. The screen will be protected with Gorilla Glass 3. there is a quad core MediaTek MT6589T processor, clocked at 1.5 GHz and a RAM of 2 GB. The device will be having a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera. The device gives much options for customisation too.



The S5000 tablet has a display screen of 7 inches. With 7.9 mm thickness and 236 g weight, the S5000 is far lighter and compact than the Nexus 7. Though there is a larger display screen, the device has only 1280×800 pixels resolution. There will be a quad core 1.2 GHz processor to power up the internals of the S5000. The device will be packing 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB internal storage memory. 5 MP rear camera, 1.3 MP front camera and a 3450 mAh battery.
