Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 Launched in India

Finally, the much hyped Canvas Turbo has launched in India. Micromax has proudly launched it with a price tag of Rs. 19,990/-. It is the first smartphone from the company after they have made Hollywood superstar Hugh Jackman as their Brand ambassador. Earlier, a trailer had been released with Hugh Jackman and the new Canvas Turbo. But nothing much about the details of the phone were revealed.



It is for the first time that a Hollywood actor becomes the model and brand ambassador of an Indian cell phone manufacturing brand. From the moment the world came to know about Jackman, so many rumours and gossip began to spread about the specifications of the smartphone. And finally, the company has released the official spec list of the device.



The 5 inch Canvas Turbo smartphone has a full HD display. The aluminium made body looks stunning. There is a 1.5 GHz quad core processor, coupled with a whooping 2 GB RAM. Though there is no extra room for a microSD card, the internal memory has 16 GB capacity.



There is a 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front camera attached to the device. The company calls the camera “Camerazzi”. It comes with a heavy load of apps and features like 360 degree panorama, Cinemagraph, Object Eraser etc. Running on Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean OS, the device has 3G and Wi- Fi connectivity. It is a dual SIM smartphone.
