The South Korean smartphone giant, Samsung, has unveiled yet another gadget in the Galaxy Core Series namely Galaxy Core Advance. This is the third device in the line-up followed by the Galaxy Core, and the Galaxy Core Plus.
It's the dedicated keys that highlight the Core Advance. Sporting voice recorder, camera, volume, menu, home and power function keys, the device becomes a different piece in the class.
The Core Advance comes with a 4.7-inch TFT display with WVGA resolution. It is powered by a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor which is further assisted by 1GB RAM.
It ensures 8GB internal memory and is expandable up to 64GB via a microSD card. The Core Advance runs on Android v4.2 Jelly Bean.
The gadget is coupled with a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera. Backed by a 2,000mAh battery, the device promises good battery backup as well.
The Core Advance is offered in Single SIM option without LTE connectivity. Unfortunately, the price tag is not yet revealed by the company. It is likely to hit markets by the beginning of 2014.
