LG GX with 5.5'' Display Launched in Korea

Yet another phablet from LG.

By launching the GX in Korea, LG has added one more phablet to the line-up. The GX is a slightly updated version of the Optimus G Pro. However, the price and the launching date in the international market is uncertain as of now.



LG GX comes with the same 5.5 inches, True HD-IPS + LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor with 2GB RAM.

The gadget is coupled with a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 2.1 megapixel front camera. It has 32GB inbuilt storage and isn't provided with expandable memory option.

The GX is run on Android Jelly Bean version and will feature LG’s latest UX interface. It sports a better 3,140mAh battery. The dimension of the GX is 150.6 x 76.1 x 9.2 mm and weighs 167 grams.

Lg provides a QuickWindow case along with the GX, which has a flip cover with a transparent area for notifications.

It's available in two colours – Black, and White.
