Sony has announced its latest smartphones – the Xperia T2 Ultra and Xperia E1. Both the gadgets will be available in Single and Dual SIM options.
The Xperia T2 Ultra phablet comes with a 6 inch, 1280x720 resolution display with TRILUMINOS, boosted up by Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2. It is powered by a 1.4GHz Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM. As a13 MP camera with Exmor RS sensor takes care the rear side, a 1.1 MP front facing camera with Exmor R technology is used for video calling.
It features 8 GB inbuilt storage and is expandable up to 32 GB using a microSD card. Android v4.3 Jelly Bean is the OS run on the device. A 3,000 mAh battery is what powers the Xperia T2 Ultra.
On the other hand the E1 is a mid-sized smartphone for music lovers mated with a 4 inch, 800x480 resolution display. It is powered by a 1.2GHz processor along with 512MB of RAM. It sports a 3 MP rear camera and skips front camera. 4 GB on-board storage and 32 GB expandable memory are there coupled. It runs on the same Android v4.3 Jelly Bean OS. It has a Li-Ion 1750 mAh battery.
The highlight of the E1 is that it is equipped with a 100Db speaker, ClearAudio+ mode and xLOUD for louder and better sound output. At the same time, the gadget features a Walkman key, shake to shuffle and hardware controls for controlling audio tracks. Moreover, a 30 day pass for Sony Entertainment Network content store is also there.
