Indian smartphone market players are launching budget smartphones in such a pace that buyers are confused which one to buy. The latest one to hit the market comes from none other than Micromax, Micromax Bolt A46. The phone is packed with Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and 1.2 GHz Dual-core Processor, but priced as low as Rs.4490 which comes as a surprise.
The phone has a 4-inch display with 480x800 pixels and 16M colour depth which is indeed a decent display specification at this price range. The specs are weak at the Camera part with only 2MP rear camera and Auto focus missing. The internal memory is 512 MB, which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card slot. But RAM is only 256 MB. It has a battery capacity of 1500 mAh which is expected to deliver a talk time of up to 4.5 hours and stand by time of up to 180 hours. The connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB. It also supports GPS but lacks 3G like other low-budget smartphones.
The Micromax Bolt A46 offers Dual SIM support and FM Radio at this budget price of Rs 4490. It is available in Micromax's online store and other online shopping sites.
