HTC reveals its new One M9 at the Mobile World Congress 2015
This premium phone comes equipped with a high-performance octa-core (quad-core 2GHz + quad-core 1.5GHz ) Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor coupled to a 3GB RAM. It is the first in the line to showcase the HTC Sense 7 UI that has been built based on the Android OS (Lollipop v5.0).
The phone gets its power from a 2840mAh battery and comes with a nano-SIM slot, while the phone supports 2G, 3G and 4G network connectivity, depending on the connectivity options provided by the networks in the city you live in. Other connectivity alternatives on the One M9 incorporate Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GLONASS, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, and LTE. It offers ambient light, proximity, accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, magnetic and sensor hub.
Not much different from the HTC One (M8), the One M9 gets the same 5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) display screen. It has its dimensions measuring at 144.6x69.7x9.61mm and weighs 157 grams. The phone comes equipped with a 20-megapixel auto-focus back cam that accompanies sapphire cover lens, BSI sensor, f/2.2 aperture and double LED flash. The phone also features a 4-UltraPixel front-cam.
The new lead likewise comes preloaded with HTC's Eye Experience programming upgrades and Zoe application and also maintains the notable double front speakers and BoomSound and with Dolby Audio and 5.1 channel Dolby Surround sound simulation. The handset additionally supports 24-bit top notch sound quality.
