Lenovo launched the upgraded version of it’s Lenovo A6000 under the name tag of Lenovo A6000 Plus in a flash sale through their e-commerce partner, Flipkart on 28th April 2015. The smartphone sales crossed one lakh sets in just 15 minutes, is what Lenovo said in a statement yesterday. The new smartphone does not feature much difference from it’s predecessor except for in terms of a 2GB RAM and 16 GB ROM as opposed to the earlier 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM of the Lenovo A6000.
The Lenovo A6000 Plus is a Dual SIM phone which supports LTE (4G) networks with speeds of 150 Mbps Down Link and 50 Mbps Up Link for faster data connectivity. Calling features can be accessed on the 2G and 3G networks. It also supports micro USB, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot.
The device comes packed with a fast, reliable and responsive 1.2 GHz 64-bit Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor. Thus enabling the A6000 to play music & video and run apps & games seamlessly, without skipping a beat. The processor is supported by Android 4.4 KitKat in an all-time high manner.
