Micromax is all set to sway the Indian Smartphone Market with its latest entry - Yu Yuphoria. The name is nothing short of what this smartphone has to offer. The top-notch specs and the price at which these are being offered is sure to send customers into a sense of total euphoria.
The new entrant is all set to hit the markets tomorrow exclusively through Amazon India. The CEO of Micromax India, Mr. Rahul Sharma reinstated the claim that the all new Yu Yuphoria will actually be sporting a semi-metal frame and tough polycarbonate panel for a rugged look and feel. This feature is definitely a huge draw considering the fact that most smartphones below Rs.15000 are made up of complete plastic panels.
According to rumours, Yu Yuphoria will have display size of 5-inches to make the device easier to carry around. Not only will this feature make the Yu Yuphoria stylish and easy to handle, it also enhances the PPI ratio. The resolution can be expected to be full HD 1080 pixel. Featuring a 1080p display, the under-₹10,000 smartphone would really pump up the budget consumers for buying the phone.
The Yu Yuphoria is rumored to support a Snapdragon 615 2nd Generation with 2GB Ram, and either 16GB or 32GB internal memory or pack some MediaTek processor to excel the benchmark, yet keeping the cost low.
Cyanogen 12 OS out of the box is the expected OS. The Cyanogen OS, based on Android 5.0 Lollipop, the CM12 operating system offers several key improvements over its predecessor. Retaining the cosmetic UI of Lollipop, Cyanogen packed several new features, customisation, and bug fixes and makes Yu Yuphoria one of the first smartphones to run the new OS.
When it comes to the camera on the Yu Yuphoria, it can be assumed that Yu Yuphoria will support a 13MP rear camera, with either single or dual LED flash. On the front, you can expect an 8MP camera for snapping better selfie images or simply add another LED flash on the front for better low light selfies.
With all these features, the Yu Yuphoria is expected to bear a price tag of Rs.9990 in India. The top benchmark specs and highly competitive pricing, is sure to take the Indian Smartphone market by a storm.
