The Oppo R7 Plus flaunts a 6-inch full-HD Amoled display. The R7 Plus measures 158x82x7.75 mm and weighs 182 grams Based on Android 5.1 Lollipop-based Color OS 2.1, the device is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 (quad-core 1.5GHz Cortex-A53 and quad-core 1GHz Cortex-A53) processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and an Adreno 305 GPU. The 32 GB of inbuilt storage can be expanded via micro SD card (up to 128GB) using the hybrid Nano-SIM card slots.
The dual-SIM Oppo R7 Plus features a fingerprint sensor placed on its rear panel and is backed by a 4100mAh non-removable battery. The connectivity features includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Blueooth, GPS, Bluetooth. The VOOC flash charging technology is also featured in the device. According to this the handset is capable of delivering two hours of talk time within five minutes of charging and can be charged to almost 75 percent in 30 minutes. The device will be available only in Gold color variant.
A 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and ISOCELL image sensor technology is sported, apart from an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.4 aperture. Oppo has even claimed that using the Pure Image 2.0+ technology, the R7 Plus can create an Ultra-HD 50-megapixel resolution images. Oppo also promises that the rear camera will launch in a record 0.7 seconds and takes just 0.1 seconds for auto-focusing.
The Oppo R7 Lite on the other hand bears a smaller 5 inch Amoled display with a screen resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The screen is layered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for the extra protection. The device will be available in Gold and Silver color options. The 16 GB of internal storage can be further expanded via micro SD card using the hybrid SIM card slot.
Based on Android 5.1 Lollipop the R7 Lite is powered by a Snapdragon 615 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 405 GPU. The handset features a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, and an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture and is backed by a 2,320mAh battery. Connectivity options apart from 4G LTE include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB with OTG, and GPS.
