Xolo Black 1X Launched Exclusively via Snapdeal

Xolo is one of the biggest smartphone manufacturers in India. This company tends to release a number of devices a year, but those are mostly low and mid-range devices. Well, the company has just unveiled yet another device; the Xolo Black 1X which is the second handset in the company's premium Black line-up. The Xolo Black, the first in the series, was launched in July. The Black 1X, much like its older sibling has a glass back. It comes with a combination of metal, glass and leather finish. It boasts of a metal frame on the left and right edges, leather cover on the top and the bottom. The company has also incorporated glass cover on the rear-side to provide premium finish to the budget phone.



The Xolo Black 1X features a 5-inch 1080p (1920 x 1080) On-Cell display with Dragon trail Glass protection on top of it. This device also packs in 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. This smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s MT6753 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz along with a Mali-T720 GPU for graphics which runs at 450MHz. The 13-megapixel snapper (PDAF) is available on the back of this phone along with the LED flash.



The 5-megapixel shooter can be found up front, and an LED flash is available on the front side as well. The 2,400mAh battery is also a part of this package, and this is also a dual-SIM handset. You can either use it to deploy to Nano SIM cards, or use one slot for a Nano SIM card and another one for microSD card. The Xolo Black 1X is 7.6mm thick, weighs 125 grams, and Android 5.1 Lollipop comes pre-installed on it with Xolo’s HIVE Atlas UI installed on top of Google’s operating system.



As far as the design is concerned, this is a rather interesting looking smartphone. The device sports three capacitive buttons below the display, but it also has rather thin side bezels and a rather interesting design overall. Both its power / lock and volume rocker physical buttons are placed on the left, while the 3.5mm headphone jack is available up top. The Xolo BLACK 1X comes in Black color only, hence the name and it will be available exclusively from Snapdeal through a flash sale starting November 6th. The phone will be available at a price of ₹9,999.
