Samsung Launched Galaxy Note 800 Tablet

South Korean gadget giant, Samsung Electronics unveiled its most featured tablet, Galaxy Note 800 in New Delhi at Rs.39,990. The new Note 800 tab is a hard rival to Apple’s iPad 2 which is currently sold the most in the tablet market.

The Note 800 displays a 10.1 inch LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. It comes with a 6.5 mm stylus, S Pen to write notes and to draw pics easier. The tab runs in Google’s Operating System, Android v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The powerful tablet is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core processor and a memory of 2GB RAM. Additionally, the Galaxy Note 800 is installed of 16 GB internal storage and is expandable upto 32 GB using a Micro SD card.



To picture stuffs smarter, it is provided with a primary 5 MP primary camera with LED flash and a front facing camera of 1.9 MP. The company ensures a battery backup upto 10 hours with its 7000 mAh battery.

I expect this device to in many ways fuel the growth of the tablet market in India and help us further strengthen our market leadership in the tablet market here in India.’’

Launching the Note 800, Samsung introduces a new feature called multiscreen for easy multitasking in which two screens can be run at the same time. Moreover, Samsung has comprised specially optimized apps; S Note, S Planner, Crayon physics, Adobe Photoshop Touch, and Polaris Office.
