The iPhone 5 Launch

On September 12, all roads will lead to the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, in San Francisco, California, where next generation iPhone 5 is unveiled. In the absence of Late Steve Jobs, the new iPhone is expected to be introduced by chief executive Tim Cook on Wednesday. It is also considered as the biggest upgrade in the history of consumer electronics, said the Topeka Capital analyst, Mr. Brian White.

“Our target is for Apple to sell 50 million iPhones in the fourth quarter, of which 28 million will be the iPhone 5,” said Neil Mawston, executive director of research firm Strategy Analytics of Apple Inc. It is a fact that the next generation mobile is all set to dominate the Christmas market in US.



The new device comes with a bigger 4 inch touchscreen, LTE capability, faster processor and the latest running OS 6. Reports say that the new iPhone is supposed to cost the same as the existing 4S costs, which means it would be likely to be priced at $199, $299 and $399 for 16GB, 32GB and 64GB models respectively. Nevertheless, the consortium hasnt revealed any specification regarding the iPhone 5 and is completely left to the curiosity of iPhone fanboys who all mark 12th September as one of the precious days of their calender.

As the world looks much anticipated for some revolutionary apps alike the Siri voice control app that introduced along with the iPhone 4S, the iPhone 5 is also likely to get launched with some unique pre-installations which could even evolve the technical history of smartphoning.
