We very well know that Micromax is doing a great job in the field of smartphones. Their Canvas series have succeeded in capturing the minds of tech freaks. Micromax grew in that field to that extend, where the tech world started to compare its devices with the Smartphone legend Samsung. Micromax entered the world of Tablet in April 2012. their first Tablet was Micromax Funbook P 300. From then onwards, they proved that they can excel not only in Smartphone market, but in Tablet market also. By the end of 2013 February, Micromax has released nearly six Tablets in India. Each one being budget friendly and tightly packed with features, there is no wonder, it became so popular among the youth.

Micromax Funbook Pro

Funbook Pro was Micromax's second release after their debit Funbook P 300. Released 2012 August, it was supposed to surpass the drawbacks of its big brother. But unfortunately, the Battery and the poor servicing facilities were its drawbacks. The somewhat sluggish UI was the worst disadvantage. If that was corrected, all other negatives would have been neglected as the device has great looks, sturdy build, large display, great media playback and tempting price.

Micromax launched their Funbook Infinity in September 2012. Micromax showed gradual improvement with the release of Pro Tablet. The device started to attract users from this time. Other than the call facility, which was lacking, there were no major drawbacks reported by the customers.

With Alpha, the company glued its feet in the field. Released 2012, October, Alpha escaped the eyes of the critics. The only reported complaint was about the poor customer relation from the side of the service centres.

Funbook Talk, as the name indicates, was meant for calling facility. It was released in October 2012. Funbook Talk was noted for its connectivity options. Multimedia playback and the pre loaded contents were exceptionally good. The only drawbacks were from the interface and missing Bluetooth.

This is the latest release form Micromax. The Funbook 3G was released in February 2013. February2013. it has been called the best Tablet ever from Micromax. Other than the low quality of Camera and low internal memory, there weren't much cons as far as the Tablet is concerned. But those criticisms should be seen under the light of its low price tag.

These are the Tablets in the Funbook Series. Micromax has miles to go to get them perfect. Before that they must take care of the service centres. Hope they will correct themselves and hit back again.
