How to Change the ringtone in Micromax A116 phone ? Can i customize ringtones?

iam not a change ringtoon on my micromax hd canvas a116

select music ,then sound select song ,select menu in left hand corner, from the menu select "use as ring tone

Copy the song or Ringtone which you want to set the as ringtone & paste in the Ringtone folder. TO select Ringtone folder see following steps:
1. Select File manager
2. Select internal SD Card.
3. select Ringtone
4. paste that song or ringtone in ringtone folder
Now go to setting. follow following steps:
1:select user profile
2.select on general setting (left side icon near general)
3. select voice call ringtone
4. now that song or ringtone appear in that list. now select that song. press ok.

Go to music, select song , Keep touching that song until a block pops up, it will show the option set as ring tone.....thnx

in micromax any android mobile create folder media inside audio (media/audio/Ringtones/titanic.mp3) (titanic is the audio music file)

3. And inside audio create three folders

"Alarms", "Notifications", "Ringtones"


or else by default u had ringtones,alarm,notifications are there in your mobile by default...

so simply copy ur favourate audio file in that folder then goto settings ,profile ,select voice call or video call as you wish .. iam selecting voice call in that u can view recently copied audio..titanic....thats all ... keep ur own audio ..............if any doubts mail me

I have tried it but the ringtone will not set please give me suggestion

just follow the step of Sujit Kr Nag. it is applicable on micromax A106 also

Go to file manager, select music, select your favorite song and check the box on the right hand side. After that you you will have an option to copy that song. Copy it and drop it in the alarms folder inside internal SD card. Now go to clock n set ur favorite song as ur alarm tone.

There is no ok option

First set any song u want as ringtone.
And then go to alarm tones it will be there.

Go to setting then chosce use profile then general (when u open general two sim slote show as sim1 & sim2) u select any and voce caller then choce her choce song select and ok
