Just Bought a Samsung Galaxy A50. It has been about 3 weeks or so. Today when I recieved a call. I found out that I can't hear the caller. She can't hear me also. So I decided to use my headphones. When I did. The same thing continued. I tried recording anything. Or taking a video. The error message said "audio recording failed". I ended up doing a Factory Reset on my phone. Still the problem lingered. If it is a hardware problem then why it will stay when I plug my headphones. Tried Safe mode. Nothing. What the hell if actually up?
