QWhen i connect my laptop and and my phone samsung j7 prime at the sam

QWhen i connect my laptop and and my phone samsung j7 prime at the same Wifi network ! the phone shows thats there's no internet access but my other phone can connect normaly ! 
if i turnd off from my laptop the internet run normaly ! 
( sorry for my bad english :) )
