I just power off my phone.After opening my phone the downloaded apps b

I just power off my phone.After opening my phone the downloaded apps became disabled.I tried so many things to enable.But still it is showing that my phone is in SAFE MODE.I am trying to off that .But still the same.What to do now to turn of the safe mode?my phone is Samsung g5.
