Baught today new Poco x2 mobile phone, but Home Screen page & Widgets

Baught today new Poco x2 mobile phone, but Home Screen page & Widgets Icon not working.
Dragging Apps from App Drawer but not placing / appearing on the homepage, Pressing/touching widget icon not working not appearing anything, not able to add widgets to home screen and also not bringing apps to home page. Please suggest what to do? Can we fix it or I may raise the return request to flipkart.
