A neighbor of mine has an internet service from a landline phone company: he pays a monthly fixed price of money every month, in return he has unlimited use of his landline telephone, his internet access, and also wifi access to the net with his smartphone - and all with just paying every month a fixed price - and all that with the same cable wire that connects him to the telephone company.
My question: how does the wifi accessed with the smartphone which is by wireless transmission and reception linkage effected, and all that on a very reasonable fixed price per month?
