I am using OnePlus 6 and suddenly Dash Charging stopped working, not a

I am using OnePlus 6 and suddenly Dash Charging stopped working, not able to charge my mobile when switched off and also not able to do data transfer from PC. please advise what could be the issue.
I have tried cleaning the mobile jack, tried with other dash chargers but nothing worked.
