I asked my friend who is in Canada to buy Iphone 11 on march 17th 2020

I asked my friend who is in Canada to buy Iphone 11 on march 17th 2020 and which is kept without opened till date and he will be coming to India in Nov 2020. Will there be a problem with a phone because it is not opened since the purchase which still in sealed box.
