My device is redmi note 7 pro, my mobile's microphone is only working

My device is redmi note 7 pro, my mobile's microphone is only working while I'm on call and not in any other apps such as, recorder, video recording, pubg mobile. And also when I use earphones the earphone's microphone is only working for call..
