How can I make my earphones go louder when I plug it into my laptop it

How can I make my earphones go louder when I plug it into my laptop it is very very extreamly loud, I want the same on my android device, is it posible without all the crapp aps on play store ? Maybe like audio driver or something?? Please help me I have searched the web tirelessly and get nowhere?
