Hello, when people call me on the phone they can hear me but I can't hear them. When I turn on my speaker, when they talk, it gets buzzy and has a huge ear shooting echo. It also gets glitchy. Is this a hardware problem? I checked all settings and they're fine I have my volume up, no earphones, no Bluetooth. There's no damage to speakers on the phone. I can normally listen to music and TV shows and other media. The phone's brand is Alcatel 3X Pro and I have it for less than a month.
