Hi everyone...My sumsung s4 behaves weird after i accidentally dropped

Hi everyone...My sumsung s4 behaves weird after i accidentally dropped it into hot water.it keep vibrates when charging plus when i turned it on many times it shows sumsung logo then it shut itself off immediately despite this sometimes as a chance(once in 10 trials) it opens....so guys pls help,any solution is appreciated🙏
