As you might be aware that Blackberry Mobile offial support and updates are not available now.I have a Blackberry Passport SQW100-1 and basic mobile version 10.3.2.823 something. I was unable to loin with my blackberry id so I got it factory reset,during the process it stuck to an error message.Then taking help from the internet I downloaded the latest version 10.3.3.3216 of autoloaders and it started working fairly but still some features were not available only it was serving the baic feature of a phone that's calling etc.
Again I turned to blackberry site and several other sites as Rddit, Github,in fact I got a package for anroid apps from there.
But I saw that several other softwares were available on Blackberry site as Blackberry Dynamics etc.but not being a mobile phone tech-savvy it landed me to nothing fruitful.
The I read about Chrome extension bb10/playbook which could be connectec without usb with nework address but after the first step it gave error message something about protocol of SSL ,I turned thevfirewall off but still the error was there and my efforts not succeeded,then I trie DDBT tool and shehsi sofyware teven after following all the instructions given by several sites via youtube and posts but failed to achieve the desired results.
Now please help me so that my phone can start working normally as I have seen that many Blackberry phones are working excellently and the os can be flashed.But to speak the fact I am not in a positio to spend more than 100-200 rupees.
I tried chimra tool also but there was nothing that could be used without spending a few bucks.
I am desperately looking for help,please send me your support and oblige.
