ZTE announced their Grand Memo at Mobile World Congress 2013, held at Barcelona. With Grand Memo, ZTE added one more handset to their family of 4G LTE handsets.ZTE had earlier announced their flagship 4G LTE handset Grand S, which was launched in CES in January 2013.
