Aakash 2: World's cheapest tablet pc. The second generation tablet in the Aakash Series. It is also known as Ubislate. Though the first version of Aakash lacked a lot of necessary features and efficient performance, the all new Aakash 2 seems to wind up the market.

The tablet is made by a British company, DataWind. With a 50% subsidized price, the India Govt. targets students to own it. The real market price of the Aakash 2 is Rs. 2,363. The tablet was launched by Indian President, Pranab Mukherjee in November 2012.
