It has a 3.5 inches (320 x 480 pixels, 165 ppi) display and it is dual SIM based Smartphone. HiTech Amaze S300 3G has a 3 MP primary camera and a secondary 0.3 MP camera for video-calls. In terms of storage it has 512 MB ROM, 256 MB RAM and storage is expandable via microSD, up to 32 GB.
