Nokia Announces Mid Ranged Lumia 720 and Low Priced Lumia 520 Phones

After the successful launching of mid ranged Lumia 620, 820 and 920 phones, Nokia has announced their new Lumia devices at the MWC going on at the present time in Barcelona. Nokia Lumia 520 will be a low priced phone, whereas Lumia 720 will be a mid ranged phone. The tech world sees this step of the Finnish phone giant as a way to bring the Windows 8 operating devices more popular. Though the exact price or releasing dates of the phones are not yet decided, let's have a quick glance at the available details.



Nokia Lumia 520:



Lumia 520 is Nokia's entry level Widows 8 operated smartphone. The Lumia 520 will be having a 1GHz dual-core processor. The device will feature 512MB of RAM. The screen of Nokia Lumia 520 will have a 4-inch super sensitive display with a resolution of 480×800 pixels.



The Lumia 520 will be coming with an on-board storage of 8GB, which can be expanded by up to 64GB using a micro-SD card. The smartphone will be packing a 5 mega pixel rear camera. The device will have back up from a 1,430mAh battery. The entry-level Windows Phone 8 smartphone will come in five colour options and would be launched in India in the second quarter of the year 2013, with an estimated price tag of 10,000/- Indian Rupees.

It will have a platform of 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor. It will have a 512MB of RAM. Lumia 720 will have a 6.7 mega pixel camera at the back with f/1.9 lens and Carl Zeiss optics. This is expected to give a nicer camera performance to Lumia 720. The device will also have a 1.3 mega pixel front camera with wide-angle lens.

Just like Lumia 520, Lumia 720 also will be coming in five dazzling colours. The device is expected to reach India by the second quarter of the year 2013, with a price tag of 20,000/- Indian Rupees.
