The Canadian telecommunication and wireless equipment company, Research in Motion Limited launched its latest tablet, the Playbook 3G+ in the UK market. The tablet is the 3G version of its predecessor, the Playbook which was launched in 2011. The Playbook 3G+ has been priced at £424 in the British markets.
It comes with a 7 inch LCD display with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels. The Playbook 3G+ is stored in 2 options- Cellular+Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi only model. Cellular+Wi-Fi is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor accompanied with 1 GB RAM helps the gadget to stand up with other high-end tablets. Whereas, the Wi-Fi only variant comes with a less powered 1 GHz dual core processor.
RIM offers only a 32 GB variant for Cellular+Wi-Fi models. Meanwhile, the Wi-Fi only gadget is available in 16, 32 and 64 GB mates. A 5 MP rear camera and a 3 MP secondary camera bring top quality images to this tabing. Wi-Fi, micro USB port, micro HDMI port, Bluetooth and 3G+ are its major connectivity.
