General terms and conditions for Premium Selling

  • 1. Premium Selling is an optional service. Users can sell mobile using basic plan also.
  • 2. For individuals, the mobile will be promoted as a Premium Listing for a period of 3 months and for Mobile Shops it will be 1 month.

Terms and Conditions for 100% Money Back Guarantee

  • 1. Request for refund can be submitted only after 2 weeks from the date of payment. The last date for refund request is 100 days after the payment is done.
  • 2. The mode of refund will be same as the mode of original payment. That is, if the user has paid through credit card/debit card, the refund will also be made to the same credit card/debit card. It might take upto 10 working days to deposit the amount in user's bank account or credit card.
  • 3. Money back guarantee is applicable only for Individual Sellers. Mobile Shops are not eligible for refund.
  • 4. Request for refund can be emailed to support@mobiles4sale.in

Safety Tips for Buyers
  • Never pay the Seller before receiving and verifying the device.
  • Never scan any QR code or share OTP.
  • Ask for bill, box, accessories etc to make sure its not a stolen device.
  • Meet the Seller in a safe place preferably in daytime.
Safety Tips for Sellers
  • Never handover the phone before receiving the full amount.
  • Avoid Buyers from foreign countries.
  • Beware of Buyers from other cities.
  • Never share sensitive data of your bank account or credit card.
  • Never scan any QR code or share OTP.
  • Meet the Buyer in a safe place preferably in daytime.
  • Make sure to delete all personal data from the phone before selling.
  • Format the device or Reset to factory settings before selling.
