There are certain precautions one can take to keep a healthy eye without compromising on any daily tasks:

2. The lesser you spend on the digital screen like computers, laptops or smartphones, more healthy and fresh the eye is.

4. A good nap at the night will do wonders to your eyes after a long stress office hour or straight hours of a smartphone usage. Sleep gives rest to your eyes and provides room for recovery from any damage done during the day.
