It's comes with stock Android 2.2 (Froyo). You can upgrade it into 2.3.7 using CyanogenMod 7.1.0 ROM. I haven't rooted it and never installed Custom Rom you can do it later. If you are from Mumbai you can check my mobile for 1hr before buying and Mumbai customer preferred 1st. Original pictures of mobile attached here. I'm selling it because I got another handset.
