Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Launched in India

Three variants of the Tab 3 is released in India.

Samsung has released their Tab 3 tablets in India. The company has released three variants of the Tab 3. all those devices have a price tag ranging from 17,745 to 21,945 rupees. The major difference between the Tabs is the screen size. The three variants are code named the Tab 3 311, Tab 3 310 and Tab 3 211.



The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 311:

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 311 is different from others with its 8 inch screen size and 3G support. This 3G will have voice and data support. It will be having WXGA display of 1280×800 pixels resolution with 189 ppi pixel density. The device will be running on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 operating system. The device will be packing a 1.5 GHz Dual Core processor, which will be backed up with 1.5 GB RAM. The device will be having 16 GB internal storage memory, which could be expanded using a microSD card up to 64 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3

The device will be shipping with twin cameras. There would be a 5 MP rear camera on the rear side of the tablet and a1.9 MP front camera for video calling. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 311 will be powered by a powerful 4450 mAh battery. The tablet has a price tag of 25,752/- rupees.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 310:

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 310 is a variant of the 311 tablet. The difference between the two lies in the connectivity options. The Tab 3 310 will be having Wi- Fi connectivity. All other specs are similar to that of the Tab 3 311 tablet.

The device will be having an 8 inch display, similar to that of the Tab 3 311.T he device will be running on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 operating system. It will have the same1.5 GHz Dual Core processor, as in the Tab 3 310, along with 1.5 GB RAM. The memory options will be the same for both of the tablets, with 16 GB internal storage and microSD supported expandable memory up to 64 GB. The battery also will be the same for both. The price of the tablet is 21,945/- rupees.

There will be the “Multi Window” feature for both of the tablets, which allows the user to run two applications simultaneously by splitting the display screen in to two halves. You can watch the movie and chat at the same time. The Pop up Video app allows you to play video in a small window on any part of the tablet. The Reading Mode delivers a perfect illumination by optimising the display. This will be a great experience for the ardent book readers by giving a paper like readability in any lighting condition.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 211:

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 211 is a tablet with 7 inches display screen. It will be running on Android Jelly Bean 4.1 operating system. The device will be powered by a 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor, along with 1GB RAM. The display screen of this variant will be having a pixel density of 168 ppi. The device will be having two cameras. There will be a 3 MP rear camera on the rear side of the tablet and a 1.3 MP front camera for video calling and self portrait.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 211 will be having an 8 GB of internal storage capacity, and that could be expanded up to 32 GB using a microSD card. The whole device will be powered up by a 4000 mAh battery. The Tab 3 211 tablet will have a price tag of 17,745/- rupees.
