Nokia 8 To Launch On July 31st

Nokia 8 with the model number TA-1004 to make debut in the later half of July this year

Rumors had it that the next generation phone that Nokia would be launching could either be the Nokia 8 or Nokia 9. On the brim is Nokia 8 of course, confirms that HMD global, the Finnish company that owns the manufacturer rights of Nokia phones is all set to launch its most expensive smartphone till date.

As much as we know, the phone is said to come packed with the Snapdragon 835processor, the latest chipset from Qualcomm, coupled with Adreno 540 for GPU.



Coming to memory and internal storage the phone is said to sport a 4GB RAM and internal memory of 64GB. It is said that the phone will launch in a dual-sim setup but the company may also launch a single sim variant. Nokia 8 would run on Android Nougat 7.1.1. it features a display of 5.3” 1440x2560pixels resolution and comes equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass display.

The phone showcases a dual camera setup with a primary camera of 13MP and 12MP secondary camera. It connects to 2G, 3G and 4G networks. Internet connectivity includes Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac dual band, 5.0 A2DP Bluetooth connectivity. The phone is backed by a non-removable Li-Ion battery.

Nokia 8 is priced at Rs. 43,415/- and is available in four shades, Blue, Steel, Gold/Blue and Gold/Copper.
