IFA, or the International Funkausstellung event, is one of the oldest industrial exhibitions in Germany. It ill be hosted once in every year. This year, the IFA will be hosted in September. The IFA 2013 will be hosted in Berlin. The event will be flooded with tech freaks from all over the world. Techno giant, including the leading smartphone manufacturers have been getting ready with their show pieces for the IFA 2013.



From minor electronic companies to major giants will be taking part in the IFA. From house hold things familiar to women to the latest technological innovations will be displayed here. So, the IFA 2013 is a much awaited event. In the case of mobile phones, smartphones and tablet, we are so sure that there will be more than five showing ups. Here are the list of the expected gadgets.

1. Samsung Galaxy Note 3:

There is no doubt that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is the major attraction in the smartphone genre of the IFA 2013. rumours were there for past few weeks about the launching of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in the IFA 2013. The latest reports from the closer circles of Samsung points that there will be a press event during or just before the official inauguration of the IFA 2013, hosted by the company, to introduce the Galaxy Note 3 device.

The leaked spec of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 include a 5.99 inch display screen and a 13 MP rear camera. From January 2013 onward we are hearing rumours about the spec, price and releasing dates of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. In January, the gossips were about the Note 3 having an eight core processor. When it came to the month of March, the rumour mill spread some news about the spec list of the device. It was in July that the rumours about the releasing date came out. We really hope that the launching of the device in the IFA 2013 will put an end to these rumours.

2.Samsung Smart Watch:

Samsung Gear- that is the name that the rumour mongers have given to the Smart Watch from Samsung. We got the glimpse of the wearable computing from Samsung during the CES 2013. From then onwards, there were so many leaks about the device. And this time, we really expect that the company will not let our hopes go down. Waiting to see the new rival for iWatch.


3.Sony Honami/ Xperia Z1:

Its not just Samsung. We expect to hear something from Sony too. There had been rumours about the next Xperia smartphone from Sony, the Xperia Z1, which is also known by the names Honami and i1. It is believed to be a phablet.

It is expected to have a 20.7 MP rear camera. We know that Nokia Lumia 1020 is the latest camera smartphone, which has a 41MP rear camera. Honami is Sony's reply to that it seems. The Z1's rear camera will be having the capacity to capture images of 5248×3936 pixels resolution. The device is rumoured to have the dust and water proofing qualities. Let us hope that the Xperia Z1 aka Honami, will be making its entry to the IFA 2013.

4.HTC One Max:

HTC is the next smartphone giant we are looking forward to. After the huge success of the HTC One and the HTC One Mini, it is time for the HTC One Max smartphone. This one also would be belonging to the phablet category. As per the rumours, the company had been readying their weapon for the IFA 2013. if the rumours are correct, the HTC One Max could be the show stopper as far as the smartphone genre is concerned.

5.Lenovo X910 smartphone:

This time, we are expecting a not so common face in the smartphone market, to be introducing a new smartphone in the IFA 2013. It is none other than the Lenovo. They are rumoured to be developing a new smartphone for the IFA 2013. the device has been code named as X910.

As per the rumours, the X910 will be having a 5 inch display screen. That means that the company has started moving along with the latest trends in the market. It seems to us that there will be more than one product from Lenovo. Let us wait and see what all are there in the backpack that Lenovo has prepared for the IFA 2013.

6.LG G Smart Watch:

Though not that much popular, there are rumours about a smart watch from LG too. Seems like LG is not that ready to be over powered by Samsung here too. Though there are no official confirmation about such a device, the rumour mill has named the device as G Watch/ G Band. The details of the device is yet to be revealed. Still, there is a minor group, waiting for the launching of such a device from LG.

7.LG G Pad Tablet:

If you expected that LG will stop by the smart watch, you are mistaken. There are rumours about a tablet from LG, with 8.3 inches display. As per the rumours, this tablet, code named as the G Pad, will be making its entry to the IFA 2013. as per the reports from the rumour mill, the device will be having a 1920×1080 resolution display, quad core processor and a 2GB RAM.

8.Nokia Bandit Phablet:

As per the reports from the circles close to the company, Nokia will be launching its 6 inch phablet in the IFA 2013. with quad core processor and a 1080p display, the phablet would be dubbed the Bandit. There would be a 20 MP rear camera, as per the rumours. No other details about the phablet are available right now.
